Days 9-11: Drafting: the phase output, deliverables and the cadence the partner expects.

Days 9-11 lock the report. Exec summary first (day 9), chapters in sequence (day 10), IC slide last (day 11). v0.9 to partner end of day 10; v1.0 to sponsor end of day 11.

§ 1.1Order of lock

Day 9: TOC + exec summary
Day 10: All seven chapters drafted
Day 11: IC slide; final partner pen; client release

§ 1.2Partner review loop

Two passes minimum: one on the exec summary, one on the locked draft. Plan for the partner being only available 18:00-22:00 each day.
