Days 6-8: Triangulation: the phase output, deliverables and the cadence the partner expects.
Days 6-8 reconcile the numbers across management, customers and desktop sources. The triangulation matrix is the source-of-truth tab in the chapter workbook. Flag deltas larger than 10% to chapter V owner immediately.

§ 1.2When a delta is a red flag
If management LTM revenue overstates customer-triangulated revenue by >10% after netting timing, it goes to chapter VI. See /chapters/vi-risk-register/.
